This has kind of gone unnoticed BUT The Dreaming City Loot got a HUGE drop rate buff in the most recent Destiny 2 Patch Update. God Roll Waking Vigil and Retold Tale are now easy to farm in the Blind Well Event, using Charge of Light on any Tier, including Unstable Charge of Light for Heroic Blind Well Tier 4 events. This farm takes just minutes to do, and can be done solo too.
